Amie Scott, posting under her Plastic Amie account on TikTok, said she ran out of the nail salon without paying the £40 fee.
She has more than half a million followers on TikTok and previously joked about leaving her partner for his son and spending thousands on plastic surgery.
Amie said: ‘I have just left the nail shop and I have point blank refused to pay for my nails.
‘Now yes, they did a really good job, I do agree but I don’t like the colour that I chose.

‘They are lovely, I just don’t like the colour. I know it is my fault but at the end of the day if I’m not satisfied, then I am not going to pay for it.
‘They can argue with me all they want and tried keeping my car keys, but I just ran out of the door anyways.’
In the video, which has been viewed nearly one million times, Amie added: ‘But to be honest I have saved myself £40 anyway and I am going on holiday tonight, so I do need to look my best.
‘I don’t know what to do about this colour - I don’t know whether to change it at the airport.
‘At the end of the day it is their fault if their customer is not satisfied. The customer is always right.’

Users were shocked by the video with one commenting: ‘So why didn’t you tell them that you didn’t like the colour after they painted the first couple of nails.’
Another added: ‘You should have paid. You picked the colour, and surely you'd have known you didn't like the colour after the first nail or two?’
However others dismissed the video with one person saying 'Why can no one tell she is joking.'
A different user added: 'This is one of the best comments sections I've seen in ages.'
After the backlash, Amie posted a follow-up video on why she didn’t tell the shop she didn’t like the colour after they had painted a couple of nails.
She said: ‘I didn’t want to tell them as I just didn’t feel like I had to.
‘They should ask me if I liked the colour of the nails after the first nail. They didn’t so it is their fault.
‘I continued to get my nails painted as I felt awkward, and they didn’t ask me. I wasn’t going to pay them because they were in the wrong.

Last week, Amie also posted a video claiming that she had ended up in Belfast instead of the Caribbean by mistake.
She said she had arrived in Northern Ireland rather than Belize as her sister, who has dyslexia, booked the wrong flights.
Amie said: ‘Never ever let your dyslexic sister book you a holiday to Belize, because I’ve ended up in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
‘So much for the Caribbean and the sunshine, it’s p****** it down with rain, it’s minus three degrees.
‘I’ve booked a five star all-inclusive hotel and I’m stood in the rain in Ireland, I’ve got nowhere to stay.
‘I came because I thought I was coming to Belize, not Belfast.’
