Homemade Pizza seasoning recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Oregano – 3 tablespoons
  • Basil – 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Dried onion flakes – 3 tablespoons
  • Thyme – 1/4 tablespoon
  • Fennel – 1/4 tablespoon
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes – 1/4 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1/4 tablespoon

Instructions:

Mix all these ingredients and store it in the airtight container.

Ingredients:

  • Oregano – 1 ½ tablespoon
  • Basil – 1 ½ tablespoon
  • Garlic powder – 3 tablespoons
  • Rosemary – 1 tablespoon
  • Crushed Red Chilli Flakes – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1 ½ tablespoon (powdered)
  • Salt – 1 ½ tablespoon

Instructions:

Take the above ingredients to the mortar pestle and crush well. Then store it in the airtight container.

If you need the pizza seasoning in the powdered format, just take the above-mentioned ingredients and grind well. You can use a food processor or even a mortar pestle. But when going for a small quantity, the food processor doesn’t grind well. In that case, go for the mortar pestle.

Storage:

Store the homemade pizza seasoning in an airtight container. To increase the shelf life, you can even refrigerate it. It comes from 6 to 8 weeks.
