Hi Tiffany, I am new to using cocnu*t products. I tried your pancake recipe, however I think I used the wrong type of coconut cream. I used Creamed coconut, it was in a plastic bag and Was very hard the instructions told me to place it hot water to melt it. I did that but as soon as I mixed it with the eggs it geld up on me and was like a thick mixture. Did I use the wrong coconut cream???

I use coconut oil for everything too!! I use it for most of my cooking needs. I only have butter, EVOO and coconut oil. It gets used for any recipe that calls for oil. I also use it for my cast iron pans and wooden cutting boards. I have a jar that I keep in the bathroom. That one gets used for a skin moisturiser, lip balm, cold soars, fungal infections, armpits, hair, as topical ointment.

I will now take a look at the list and see where else I can use. I love this stuff.

thanks for you post and all the fabulous information you have on your site.
